Please Note: Emergency After Hours technical support will apply from 8:00am to 10:00pm CST on any holiday where the Panama City office is closed in observance of the holiday; with the exception of the following days when there will be no Technical Support: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day.

The Service Center at JENSEN USA, Inc. provides extensive after sales support for all JENSEN products from its North American headquarters in Panama City, Florida. Our spare parts warehouse has more than $14 Million in inventory and 6 trained spare parts associates are available to provide assistance with part identification and ordering. We have 7 help desk engineers on call to provide telephone and internet remote access support plus an extended hours program that allows this support to continue until 10:00 pm Monday to Friday and until 6:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday (CST). We further employ numerous factory trained field engineers that are available for on-site support should that be necessary. We always encourage our customers to take advantage of the numerous webinars that we instruct each year and to inquire about the different preventative maintenance contracts that we can offer to keep your machines in perfect working order.
